We ask only for information needed to answer an enquiry or prepare a contribution.
Enquiries
When the contact form is enabled, FORN stores your name, email address, message, enquiry type and submission time in its CMS. Only authorised editors can read enquiries. The information is used to respond and follow up; it is not published as website content.
Contact the association through its Facebook page to ask about, correct or request removal of an enquiry. Membership administration and any further use of your information will be explained before you join.
Photographs and objects
Public contributions need agreed ownership information, attribution and publication permission. Do not send sensitive find coordinates through the general contact form.
External services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. External videos load only after you choose to play them. Facebook, Fornspor and linked websites have their own privacy practices.
Editorial access
Editor sign-in uses Supabase authentication and browser storage to maintain the editor’s session. Public visitors do not need an account.
